I used to Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit when there was no problem with ram. But after installing 32bit operating system this problem occurred. In fact I upgraded the operating system to windows 10 but nothing happened. The problem remained. Even now I cannot able to shift 64 bit Operating system. Now what to do ??I really need to fix this problem.
i have 4gb installed ram but only 932 mb is usable
