Hey guys I realized that Zotac has a cheap thermal solution when it comes to their cheaper graphics cards. So throttling was no surprise to me. So im wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to water cool my gpu (Im new to water cooling). This is the water cooler that im planning to get if everything works out (http://www.deepcool.com/product/gamerstorm/2015-04/6_1827.shtml).

you can not "custom" watercool this card. simply because there is no "custom" full cover blocks for it.
Anything "custom" added to this card is wasted money.
you will get much better results by selling your card, and getting new one like 1060 6GB with good cooling or even jumping to GTX 1070

That is made for a cpu not a gpu. What is the make and model of your graphics card? To first set up a custom loop is going to be expensive, normally people try the cpu first and add the gpu. My advice would be to do both if your just wanting to do the gpu, the price for a single 120mm radiator vs a 360mm (or 3x120mm) is very small and adding a block for the cpu is around $60

I would look at a XSPC raystorm kit and add a waterblock for the GPU to the system. Rule of thumb is 240mm for cpu and add 120mm for every block added to the loop, so for you a cpu and 1 gpu would need a 360mm radiator.

Your next big hurdle is if they make a block for your card, without knowing what model it is no one will be able to help you
