My build.

motherboard - Gigabyte B250M-DS3H
cpu - Intel Core i5-7600
graphics card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB G1 Gaming
ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2133MHz (2x8GB)
hdd - Western Digital Blue 1TB
ssd - SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB
case - Deepcool Dukase V2

Is the EVGA 600B 80+BRONZE good enough for this build?

The EVGA 600B 80+BRONZE comes under tire 3. Its better to look in tire 1 or 2.

First: you don't need 600W.

550W can power an i7 & a GTX1080.

So a 450-550W PSU is more than sufficient

The EVGA B isn't the greatest unit that came into existence. "Good enough" - maybe
A better quality unit would be recommended though.
