how do i recover from interupted (failed) system restore operation

while executing a system restore to my satellite L455-s975s there was a power failure that interupted the operation and now computer wont load windows 7 os. says missing bootlog ? how or where can i get recovery media i was restoring it to out of box status so i could make recovery/restore discs when completed then i got hit with shutdown right in the middle of restore operation what to do now

Why can't you use whatever you were using to restore with before the power went out?
Normally you press and hold 0 and then turn on the power. You can let go when you see the Recovery screen and proceed form there.

You can see if the Recovery software is available for download from HERE
otherwise contact Toshiba and purchase a set of disks or a flash drive.
