Can I run Mass Effect Andromeda at medium-high settings at 60 FPS with my rig?

I have an old but strong build at the time and I am now wondering where I'll be performance wise in Mass Effect Andromeda with my rig:

CPU i7 3820k 3.6 GHz
GPU Zotac GTX 680 AMP 2GB
RAM 16GB 1600 mhz
Resolution 1920x1080

Can I run medium-high at 60 FPS and if it's not good enough what would you upgrade primarily to get to 60 FPS on High settings? I have a budget for a GTX 1070 at the most basically.

How it will run is unknown till it is released and benched. You will likely need a gpu upgrade to run on the higher end though. I'd imagine the 1070 will do very well at 1080p.

Nvidia never made a Ti version of the 770 and the GTX 770 was just a modified 680. So upgrading to a 770 from a 680 is a big waste of money for a very small performance game.

I will check it out now on the 16th and maybe buy a GTX 1070 depending on the two options I have in my mind; PS4 (same price as the GPU) or upgrade computer and hope for the best.
