My PC runs with an OC'ed Q9550 (stable @ 3.4GHz) and a HIS R9 270X IceQ X². After overclocking the CPU my FPS increased a bit during playing Counter Strike Global Offensive. That was pretty obvious because the CPU was at average 90% load during playing. Now (after overclocking) its running at around 70% load while playing csgo and my GPU is only at 50-60%.
Why is my GPU load not higher? I feel like I should have higher FPS because sometimes its below 100 and I'm playing with minimum graphics. Is there anything else causing a bottleneck or is this behaviour normal?
