Hello, here are the parts:
Case : Zalman Z1 Neo
CPU : Intel Core i3-6100
RAM : Kingston 8GB KIT DDR4 2133MHz CL14 HyperX Fury Black Series
PSU : EVGA 500W 80+
HDD : Seagate BarraCuda 1TB
MOBO : MSI H110M GAMING
GPU : SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 470 4GB

Do I need to buy anything else ? The PSU states it has 8pin EPS, will it work on ATX 4pin ? The GPU is 6 pin but the PSU has 8 pin, will it work ?

Please forgive my english if you find any mistakes and thanks for answer.

Always great to check here http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/
From the looks of it you should be fine, I actually helped my son build a similar set up not too long ago. Which EVGA 500w did you get? My son has the 500B Bronze version and on his type it' has a 6+2 pin connector. His graphics card is just a 6pin so we just don't use the extra 2pin connector.

If the cable coming off the PSU for the video card is 8pin then you should be able to split it and therefore only use the 6pin part to connect to your card. The other 2pin part will remain unused.
