Couldnot Delete windows foldee drive E

By mistake windows installation sign in drive E then Windows install in drive E ten i cut it and install windows in drive C but some files and folder copy in drive E.when Windows installation completed then i check some windows folder in drive E.but this folder cannot delete
Please answer me

Those wont be the only files. Disconnect E: and only have C: installed and then reinstall windows to C:
Afterwards you can connect E: and delete them
