Hi, My problem is that I have low fps in the current games for example:
Gta v high quality 1366x768 30-35 fps
Battlefield 4 high quality 1366x768 35-50 fps
Far Cry 4 high quality 1366x768 30-40 fps
CSGO Low quality 1366x768 90-110 fps
The only game that gave me good results is Mad Max 110fps high quality 1366 * 768, I want to know if it is a problem of my pc or is the video card to be able to change it since I bought it a few days ago.

PSU- Thermaltake 650w
GPU- Shappire Nitro rx 480 4gb
Ram- kingston hyperx fury 8 gb
OS - windows 10 64 bit
