So I am going to be buying the new GTX 1080ti graphic cards 11GB (setting two of them in SLI). I just sold two of my old EVGA GeForce GTX Titan 6GB Video Card (2-Way SLI).

I am just wondering if my current PC specs will not bottle neck the new power GPU. I am just doing mainly gaming and want my FPS maxed out on my 1440p 120hz monitor (Might be investing in a 4k in the next year also)

Do I need to upgrade anything else? (CPU, Mobo, Memory, Etc)

PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-C14 CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z77 MPOWER ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Value 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic Platinum 1000W 80 PLUS Platinum Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 Full (64-bit)
Monitor: Yamakasi Catleap 2B Overclocked @120hz (2560x1440p)

If you get two 1080 Ti in SLI, then yes, you will be bottlenecked. How much you will be bottlenecked depends on the games. But the current CPU won't be able to reach 120hz in many games. For the price of a 1080 TI, you could upgrade the CPU, mobo and ram. That would make more sense than getting two 1080 TI in many games.

With your CPU running stock, there is a ~30% single-threaded CPU performance increase potential in upgrading to a 7700k(stock), but this won't be cheap (thanks to the need for a new mobo and ram).

I would OC the 3770K if I were you.

Can you recommend me for a new CPU, CPU cooler, Motherboard and Ram products that can utilIze my two new sli cards to their maximum potential. (Not too expensive combo please)

Also would I need to change my current PC case to fit them?

CPU: 7700k, RAM: any 16GB low profile Crucial DDR4 RAM, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 or be quiet Dark Rock 3 (or just look here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpu-coolers,4181.html)

As for the motherboard, use this link:http://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#c=120,121,119&sort=a8&page=1 and type "z270" in the search to the right.

And your current case is big enough.

Would the Evga Clc 280 water cooler work also? Would you recommend this over the other ones in that list? Ive never used a water cooler before and tbh I'm not sure how to set it up haha. I'm just scared for leakage or future errors with it

I just noticed you already have the Noctua NH-C14. Either that should work like it is, or Noctua should be happy to provide what you need to use it for that socket. And I have never used water cooling myself, because the cheap and closed ones are not more effective than a good air cooler.
