I have looked for components and I made a list. Here it is:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX460 2GB Windforce OC
RAM: CORSAIR 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ VALUE SELECT
SSD: KINGSTON 120GB 2.5'' SATA3 STAND-ALONE DRIVE
PSU: Super Flower Platinum King 550W
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H RETAIL
CASE: ZALMAN Z1 NEO ATX MID TOWER BLACK

Total: 525 euros-460 pounds-556 dollars

1) Are these components all compatible?
2) Is there anything I can change? (Not much more expensive than the previous components)
3) Finally, I've seen many posts on the web about the GPU crashing a lot. Is this true? When does it happen?

Thanks for your time.

Solution
1) Yes.

2) I'd switch out GPU for GTX 1050 with little added cost,
pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/PXkwrH,gXnG3C/
and reason why: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-460-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1050/3641vs3650

Since your MoBo has 4 RAM slots, go with 2x 4GB RAM to get dual channel, instead of 1x 8GB RAM with single channel,
pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/2XL7YJ,vtXfrH/
and also reason why: http://ram.userbenchmark.com/Compare/HyperX-Fury-DDR4-2133-C14-1x8GB-vs-HyperX-Fury-DDR4-2133-C14-2x4GB/3555vs3554

3) Problem with Gigabyte Radeon RX460 2GB Windforce OC would be solved if you switch out the GPU.
