Hi I'm building a new pc and was just wondering do the parts fit together. Dont worry about power supply and cooling be because I already have them. Most worried about the gpu not fitting in the case.

CPU : Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Asus 1080ti Strix
Case:Fractal Design Define R5 w/Window (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Solution
Yes, the Asus Strix GTX 1080 Ti will fit in the Fractal Design Define R5.

The Fractal Design Define R5 can support GPU's up to 440mm long (when the drive cages are removed) and up to 310mm long (when drive cages are installed).

The Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti (ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING) is 298mm long.

Here is what the GPU looks like when the drive cages are removed in the Define R5 (note that the GPU in the photo is an Asus GTX 1080 -- same physical dimensions as the GTX 1080 Ti). Source: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/r36XsY
