Hello,
I also have a 7700k if that helps. I was in the uefi and playing around with a few things. I decided to try turning off hyperthreading, turboboost and lowering the clockspeed of the cpu just to see how it ran. The computer was working fine but since I did that, the computer won't boot. The motherboard gives me a debug code 03 then turns off the computer but then turns back on a second or two later and flicks between the codes (from what I can make out between all the flickering) 08 and 13. The fans in the computer seem to start and stop rapidly as well. Although the leds on my corsair ram and aio cooler are constantly on like there's no problem.
Any suggestions? There was nothing wrong with the computer before this. Can I somehow manually get the uefi back to default settings so the computer can boot normally? Nothing comes up on the screen.
