Windows not working on new computer plzz help

Ok i pulled and old hhd out of an old dell persion pc that has windows 7. So i plugged it into a pc and it does not work. every time it boots is crashes. Its in my new pc as you read this. I dont have a optical drive or a usb. PLz help!! how i get it to work?

No.
That is no different than what you have now.

You need to do a full OS wipe and install, in the new system.

Of course it doesn't work.

You have an installation of Windows that includes drivers for hardware it can no longer find and it is seeing hardware for which it has no drivers.

You can not move an OS from one machine to another when hardware is different. You have to reinstall the OS on new hardware....assuming license allows you to do so.

Could i factory reset it on the old pc and then bring it to the New one?
