I recently replaced my dead R9 270X with an Asus strict R9 285. After installing it, the system would boot but I'm trying to launch any games (I tried CS:GO, Bioshock infinite, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Borderlands 1) my screen would go black and say no input forcing me to restart my machine (had to hold power button, pressing did nothing) I tried updating various drivers, trying the current and option versions from AMD before on one restart my PC stopped booting and instead outputted white lines, sometimes over the whole screen but most times just in one solid line slightly out from the left of the screen with purple/green flashes on the white bar. I tried reseating the card in multiple slots but have not had time to do anything else. What could be the problem?
