New system minus video card and monitor $1000 budget

After waiting for Ryzen to come out and then seeing the gaming benchmarks I'm a bit disappointed. I play CS:Go and Wow. I'm selling my current hardware minus my monitor, video card and peripherals. I have a Saphire Radeon Nitro+ 8gb and a AOC G2460PF monitor. I want to keep the build around a thousand plus or minus $200. I only watch Netflix on a 2nd monitor and use word and excel outside of gaming.

Edit: Sorry the video card is SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 480 100406NT+8GOCL 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16.

This is definitely true. Skip the overclocking, and you can squeeze in a GTX 1070. WoW favors Nvidia over AMD, as well.

With those specs the build I mentioned in my other post would work great. The 6600k and the 480 make a great combination and it features high quality parts to go with your build. Although I should mention, with $1200 you could get a new and better video card.
