Every so often when I boot up my computer, the home screen freezes and I'm unable to do anything. When I reset it, I go in an infinite boot loop and can't get past the motherboard screen. I'm able to fix it by unplugging from the back of the computer and flipping the switch off and waiting a few seconds.

Is this a PSU issue or a motherboard or something different perhaps?

Solution
I suspect the SSD is the issue, PNY SSDs aren't great quality in my experience and i've had quite a few come back dead within a few months.
Try migrating the OS to the hard drive, remove the SSD and reboot a few times to see if the issue is solved.
