Had my titan for a while, issues the entire time.
Sent it to msi because steam or gog.com w o uld not play games in offline mod. Sent it back. Fresh windows install. Worked great at home. Forst time I take it to work to use with no Internet. Exact same issues.

Do you have a main computer at home with the same steam account that steam is trying to stream the game from rather than actually installing the game?
On the laptop, go to Steam > Settings > In-Home Streaming > Uncheck the "Enable Streaming" checkbox > Click the OK button and then try installing a game and playing it when not connected to the internet.

no other steam using nmachines. already clicked off the streaming svc... still scratching my head,...
works amazing when my laptop is hooked up to the internet........ barley functions when offline...

If it's not connected to the internet, when you try to launch steam does steam say it's going to run in offlline mode?
Are you sure there's no network the laptop is trying to connect to at work, like maybe a public one or something? like have you tried disabling the wifi adapter?

yes it says the staring in offline mode
I even selected it to offline mode while online, since steam sometimes has issues with that.

ive turned off the wifi router. always the same.
slow when not connected to the internet... very odd isn't it.

steam and Gog.com
both say nothing is wrong on their end.
