Hi, I have an issue with my USB 8 GB TDK Flash Drive. Normally it works fine for copy and past datas and files but I cannot use it for installing installing windows. No matter which windows I burn(I mean copy & and make bootable) either windows 7,8,8.1 or 10 I get an error in the installation proccess that "some of the windows installation files are missing........". I have tries on different computers and same result. But when i burned the windows in the DVD then the windows was installed successfully. Now I need to Install Windows 10 (64-bit) which is 4.64 GB but DVD full space is only 4.38 GB. Now I have to fix the USB to install 64 bit windows 10......does anyone knows the problem and solution

have you tried using the windows media creation tool it will do everything for you and should work, I have used it countless times.
It can also let you save the ISO to the desktop, in case the tool fails or doesnt work for whatever reason, you can try switching to Rufus USB Tool it does the same thing, but sometimes works when the microsoft tool fails.

No, I used windows USB/DVD tool to make bootable media of iso files.... I also used it to burn DVD and install windows OS and worked 100%. The window 8.1 installed successful without any errors but when I use USB instead of DVD I gets trapped in the error during installation process
