HP pendrive converted 32gb to 15 mb

When I made my pendrive a bootable device it's working good when I was running Android n in boot after that in Android night I formated my pendrive to internal storage it was alright.

When I booted my laptop to windows it was not reading pendrive I formated with quick formated and with default setting when it completed it turned to 15 mb what should I do to get my pendrive storage back.

Start diskpart at a command line. Do a "list disk" command, it will show you the disk number of your drives. Do a "select disk X" where X is the flash drive. It will tell you Disk X selected. Do a "clean" command, it will wipe all partitions on the disk. You can then go into Disk Manager and create a new partition on that blank drive.
