Two games randomly freeze for a second

Ive had this issue for a while now where overwatch and csgo (only two games where it happens) randomly freeze for a second.
I'd just get into a fight and then randomly stops for a second animations still go but theyre standing on the same spot it also happens randomly even when nobody is nearby
Any help would be great
Specs:
I5 3470
4gb ram 1333mhz
Rx 470
500gb hard drive

What you are describing, animation still going while standing in the same spot, is a massive lag spike. So the issue is your internet-connection. Either that be the ISP, your router being weak/warm, a bad cable or bad-wifi.

But how come in games like gta online, TF2, or borderlands 2 co op this freezing issue doesent happen if its my internet then shouldn't it be all online games that would have this "freeze"

Some games are more sensitive than others to net-lag, and how it shows differs from game to game. Enable the ping-display in Overwatch and pay attention to it when it happens. If it shows a constant low ping, then it could be something else, but the internet is the most likely culprit. Either locally or depending on the servers you connect to.

When it freezes in overwatch i have the ping counter there and it stays at 60 when the freeze happens and doesn't change
In csgo im not too sure as i never really check

Just upgraded to 8 that stopped it alot thanks for the help
