Unable to OC GPU after upgrading MB, RAM and CPU

Did you try it with increased gpu core voltage? Most amd gpu have quite high voltage from factory and it could be problem. Maybe you are getting to limit what your mb or pcu can handle, maybe combination of both, handle. Try lowering bit voltage and oc it then. Lower voltage means lower power consumption.

Ok, i will try it. But personally i dont think that it would yield anything. It was working as it is before the upgrade....

Here is the update:
1) I also tries sapphire trixx now, and saw that while msi afterburner caused the screen to go black once i change clocks, the trixx one produced artifacts, like weird line crossing throughout the screen, but the screen does now goes black while using trixx.
2) I also tried increasing decreasing voltages/power limit but apparently it does not help.
