When you play games that are stored on an external SSD but the save files are stored on the internal HDD, will save files still load faster?

And if the internal storage device is an SSD and games are stored on an external HDD, it has the opposite effect?

Solution
The save files are a few megabytes at most, there should not be a noticeable difference between an SSD and HDD when reading a file that small. The game files on the other hand can be quite large, so putting the game files on the SSD would likely help them load faster assuming the PS4's memory interface doesn't bottleneck the SSD, i'm not sure if the ps4 uses sata 2 or sata 3.
