my system's specs r:
dell 960, pro; 3.0, board e-8400, ram 8gb ddr 2.
windows 7 home premium (win 10 on other system with same specs)
1st of all i need to know that does overclocking is safe ? does nt it provide over heating for computers? if i over clock it then which security measures should i follow to avoid any kind of hardware loss ? and most important " how can i over clock it " plz inform in a simple method which a common man can follow as if i was an expert i was not supposed to be here.
