I've bought a GL753VD-GC003T and ASUS support doesn't provide me the info I need.
They sent me the manual in which it's said: "remove the sticker and you'll find a srcrew underneath (which is false, there's a hole for it but there's no screw in there), unscrew all the screws (there're 10 of them) and... open it. But I don't know where do I have to pull from or push in or whatever.
They told me that if I don't have the knowledge or the tools needed, I should contract their technical team (paying 70€ plus the cost of another SSD when I already have one) which is crazy because I bought this model (GC003T) without a SSD because I wanted to use my SSD, and ASUS says (in their own website and when chatting with their presales people) that you can update this laptop without loosing the warranty.
If they had said that you can't do it on your own and you have to hire them to do it, I would have bought another model with the SSD already installed.
The manual is useless for this. I hope you can help me, I bought the laptop two days ago and yesterday they were already willing to earn more money from me just for update the SSD, something that they said (several times and in different ways) it could be done.
