So I want a build for streaming/gaming on the same rig, I have had another thread on the CPU forum asking which would be a good CPU for it and settled for an i7 or Ryzen. But I want to know what other people think. I want a build with at least 16gb and around $1300 can go a little over.

I was going to go with a pre built from Cyberpower PC but have seen many bad reviews on this website, So I think I might give building one a go seeing as I haven't built one in a while and its not too hard. Also I want to know how fast can you get your parts from PC part picker ( i know they dont all come from the same place), Just want to know roughly how long it can take to get all parts, As I am building it for someone while I am over here in the US and I do not live here. Another reason I wanted to go a pre built.

Not so important but a white color theme would be nice.

Game that will be streamed/played is mostly Overwatch

Okay, here you go, basically an *almost* identical setup going around that gpu and the 1700x but some things to note on this.
The EVO is a very good cooler to begin with and CoolerMaster has free upgrades for the AM4 socket type. If you decide to go a different route on it that is more than acceptable on this build, however to keep costs down I chose the 212 for its great cooling for such an inexpensive cooler.
As for the PSU, the overall wattage on both your i7 build and the r7 build seems to be that they wont surpass 500w even with a good OC on it, so I kept the same fully modular PSU in mind but brought the cost down using from what appears to...

If the computer is being used to stream and game at the same time, I would go with a cpu with more cores so probably Ryzen 1700. However, Ryzen boards are hard to come by currently. Don't worry about the people that will come on and say that the i7-7700K is faster in Overwatch bla bla bla. All the benchmarks don't have twitch streaming running at the same time.

So should I go Ryzen for gaming/streaming ? game quality doesnt have to be the best because I'll most likely be streaming at lower resolution for smoother stream

Thanks. Just making sure. Any chance you can put together a Ryzen build part list ?

Hope this helps get either a good understanding of what your build is going to be or maybe even use this exact one :p happy building!
