I overclocked my CPU and then I forgot to turn it off overnight and this happened

yesterday I was doing stuff in vmware then I had to sleep I forgot to turn the pc off the CPU is i7 6800k I overclocked it to 4.2 ghz and now I get no signal on my both monitors any help ? my motherboard is x99 a ii
gpu GTX 1070 ram 16 gb 1 ssd 500 war psu 2 HDD please help me I have to edit a video as fast as possible


at the first it was refusing to turn off and I try to turn it on it just goes off then after 2 hours of trying to reset the bios now it turns on with out any signal

    That's enough to stress the CPU. Are those voltages the ones you set in BIOS or did you measure them directly? The motherboard frequently adds a bit of extra voltage on top of the BIOS setting, potentially making matters worse.

    If you verified the OC, then your CPU probably went out. If not, then you could have had an error that took out another component's firmware. It's rare, but it does happen.

    If you have access to another PC, you can check the PSU, GPU, and perhaps the RAM to rule them out. If it's not any of those, then it's certainly the CPU.
