I'm trying to use a USB keyboard with a MacBook running OS X 10.8.5. The keyboard works, except for both shift keys. In Keyboard Viewer, The left CTRL button activates both shift keys. And both shift keys do nothing. I ran the "change keyboard type" setup a few times but nothing has worked. Anything I can do, or is this an unsolvable compatibility problem?

My guess is the gaming keyboard is windows right? I use a Dell keyboard on my Macbook Pro and it works.
