Nope, wrong socket and chipset. you need a Z1XX or Z2XX series board with socket LGA 1151. Also I would look for a Z270 board as it will allow overclocking on that chip.

No it won't. The 7770k is an LGA 1151 processor. B85 motherboards are LGA 1150 and will only support Haswell and with a BIOS update Haswell Refresh and Broadwell processors.
