Can I still use my old hard drive with my new SSD?

So I got a new ssd with windows 10 on my usb and im wondering if I can use my ssd with my hard drive the biggest problem however is that I have windows 10 on my hard drive.

Note: I dont want to boot windows with my harddrive just my ssd

No problem just delete all the partitions and make new partition on that HDD.

yes you can, but to avoid any issues installing windows to the SSD make sure the HDD is disconnected during the install so it doesn't try to boot to it

you don't have to but its recommended to free up space and to avoid your computer seeing the other windows install
