Suggest best gpu for this system

Pc specs :
Pentium g2020 2.90 ghz
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
H61M-S1 mobo
Techno 20+4 pin smps (outdated power supply)
Windows 10 pro.

Please suggest the best budget gpu that would bottleneck the cpu and able to play games like watch dogs, gta 5 , far cry 4 etc. ( I know these games are high graphic games ....but then too...)
Suggest the gpu that doesn't require any power connectors or the gpu should work with that outdated psu

An RX 460 2gb is your best bet. The problem is your CPU is a dual core with no hyperthreading, and you have 4gb of system ram. The kind of games you list are best played with a quad core and 8gb of ram. In other words, even with the new videocard you will struggle with those games. Keep settings as low as you can tolerate and maybe even play at 720p, that's my suggestion.
