Cheapest Liquid Cooling?

Solution
Which sounds more appealing to you.. having a working cpu that performs well....or a watercooled computer (that may or may not be working)???

For one, you are talking about a very crucial part of your PC operation which is thermal cooling and you want to use a home-brew ghetto-rigged solution?
For two, you are talking about water, as in one drop escaping can cause your board, cpu or anthing else it touches to become a paperweight

So again, either do watercooling right, or dont do it all!

Also if your making a custom liquid cooling loop, last thing you want to do is cheap out on your parts. I went little over board spent 700 my first set up since then keep adding new things taking old parts out. That heat sink thing u chose i am sure wont have the correct brackets. i can see this leaking and trashing your system. The radiator and fan you chose i am sure does a horrible job cooling. For 8 dollars i would be scared of it. Just on one radiator i spent 110 dollars with out the fan lol. 25 dollars per fan, i cheaped out when it came to lines since i changed my set up several times which i will be fixing soon.
