MY pc doesn't detect my nvidia graphic card, only the basic microsoft graphics whatever that is. I tired updating the drivers vai teh CD disk and plugging the hdmi cable in diffrent ports (didn't work) and looking around in BIOS, but the only graphic-related options I found there was to enable/disable/auto those basic microsoft graphics, so I didn't mess with that ( as I am a bit BIOS-retarded and would probably do things bad) Could anyone help me?

Are you sure the card is inserted fully into the Pcie slot? Does your card also require a 6 or 8 pin power connection from the power supply? When I installed my latest graphics card, Windows found some basic drivers for it so it worked right away. I later went to Nvidia's website to download the most up to date drivers.

Which HDMI Port is it plugged into? The GPU or the Motherboard?

If you're getting a display and plugged into the Graphics Card then it's likely going to just be a driver issue - What Graphics card is it? Have you ensured that you have plugged in all PCI-E cables to the graphics card (If it requires any).

Apart from that, like others have suggested you'll just need to download the correct drivers for it.
