So, first of all, this might get long since i'll try to detail the problem as best as i can. Last year it happened twice and stopped as sudden as it came, first time after a month, second time about a week. Las year i could wait for it to start working again, but now i don't use it for gaming only and need it for college stuff, i'm totally willing to buy a replacemente hardware if i'm sure what the problem is.

-Computer suddenly rebooted and after that stayed on for about 2 minutes, the rebooted again it kept doing so and after every reboot it would stay on for less time before rebooting again, until it stopped booting at all and would barely start the cpu fan and light the case LEDs.

-After rebooting it shows a "overclocking failed" message. I've done no overclocking, but i read that it is a generic error for unexpected shutdowns.

-The problem "resets" it's state after being powered off for a night. If i tried turning it on after a night, it would again, stay on for about 2 minutes and do it all over again.

-I'ts not overheating, it happens even if i'm still on the bios, have tried powering it on without RAM/HDD/GPU, i've reseated the cmos battery.

I'll edit if i remember something else that seems important.
Thanks for reading and sorry about any typos, english isn't my first language.

My specs:
i5 4690k
Asus z97-a
EVGA gtx970 ftw edition
2x4 GB corsair vengeance
750W EVGA supernova B2

Solution
The fact that this is happening in Windows and the BIOS and is displaying messages about overclocking would lead me to believe your PSU is dying/dead. Try replacing it.
