H80i GT Liquid Cooler - isn't keeping the system or itself cool.

So... call it an overreaction, but I'm not quite happy or satisfied with my PCs current temps.

I bought it over a year ago, and for the most part, it's run well overall since the start. Here's a few problems I'm having with it though.

- The temperatures are far too high. Under full load my GPU (GTX 1080) goes to maybe 80 degrees Celsius, and that's WITH liquid cooling. The rest of my parts see some high temperatures as well, with my CPU idling at 50 degrees.

- When I exit out of a hardcore gaming session, my H80i GT takes at least 30 minutes to stop humming. It's loud as hell and brings me some worries.

- Even when I'm running no software, except maybe YouTube or an idle Google Chrome, my liquid cooler can idle around 40 Celsius, which is about when things start getting really loud.

The biggest issue is... I'm 16. I'd troubleshoot myself, but I know nothing about PC building, and can't take it apart. My parents bought it for me and continue to deal with the technical aspects of it. Here's the thing though - they don't believe anything is wrong with it. I'm sort of hoping to get some replies on this thread so as to have evidence that there really is something up with these temperatures.

It might be worth noting that I experience pretty intense stuttering in all games, and I use a 144hz G-Sync monitor. G-Sync also doesn't work very well and causes flickering in all games.

Well, the GTX1080 80C isn't really anything for the GTX 1080. But am I getting it right, you're GTX 1080 is cooled by an H80I? If so that is to hot, When you say humming, do you mean the fan is spinning real fast or is the pump making a lot of noise?
