Hey guys, it's my first time building a computer and I need some help.

What is your intended use for this build?

Mostly gaming. (BF, COD, R6, Gta, FSX, Arma, Hitman, Rocket League...)

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

Because I'm coming from Xbox I'm used to 720p and 30fps, my initial thought was 1080p, 60fps, very high or if possible ultra and I made this build with a RX480 and an i5-7500, which should do the trick, according to my research.

However, a friend recomended the GTX 1070, so I put together the build down low and got used to the fact of going over my budget a little.
The build would cost 'just' 200€ more, yet could do the same as my first, but in 2k, which is pretty cool.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

It started as a 1000€ budget, but now it's 1300€ tops.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

Germany.

Draft of potential build.

To save some money I went on ebay, searching for some of the parts and I found this build.
In case you don't speak german, here's a list of the build:

He is asking 1100€ or best offer for it, it's 3 months old, there is still warranty on the parts and he's living close to me so I could take a look at it, before buying.

I would buy the Asus PB277Q 27.0" and have better PC for the same money with all the advantages of building my own.

So my questions are:

Which build would you suggest?

Is the motherboard the right one for my own builds?

What should I especially pay attention to when buying the ebay build?

In case you're wondering about the format, I also posted this on Reddit. :D

Thank you in advance.
