Solution
A UPS system isn't designed to supply power in the same terms as a generator. You'll kill the batteries after the first few months of use.
The number of PC's you could run off the UPS would heavily depend on the system and what wattage they use.

What you will need is a UPS and an Automatically Started Generator.

The UPS should only provide power while the generator cranks.

What country are you in? You will not be able to install this yourself, you'll need a licensed electrician.

Even if you ignore @Hamperking68 notes:
- your four batteries, 150ampere-hour (if that is what you mean), at 12VDC, can provide 4x150x12=7200volt-amp-hours
- your UPS is rated at 3000volt-amps, and we assume all 11PCs (plus router, plus lighting, etc etc) consume less than 3000VA
- 7200 / 3000 = 2.4 hours, under ideal conditions

You've also to think how you will charge these batteries - 150Ah is serious truck-size PB battery. I just hope you don't charge them in the same room where gamers are playing...
