ONly getting a .rar file from downloading msi afterburner

I reinstalled windows and am now trying to reinstall MSI afterburner to monitor my temps however after extracting i just get a .rar file that my computer is unable to open. I know im downloading the right download from the website

After downloading it myself, there is another .rar file that you have to extract as well, then the installer should be in there after extracting 2 files apparently.

Install WinRAR to make your life easier.
