Good Day Everyone,

This question is going to be quite lengthy and very detailed and at this point i am literally desperate for answers. I recently purchased an MSI GS72 6QE laptop about 6 months ago. About a week ago I noticed the Killer Wireless Ethernet Adapter keeps disconnecting randomly??

I will list some specs to help if that works on narrowing down some problems, I will also list all the stuff i have tried and open to re-trying them if i get enough feedback.

(**note** if anyone has anything they want me to check or re-check please let me know as i am currently in the RMA Process with MSI and i'm just waiting on them to send me the box.)

***another thing resetting my CMOS might be the answer but sadly i don't want to open my computer cause it voids warranty.***
---------------------------------------
LAPTOP SPECS:

CPU: Intel i7 6700hq 2.6 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970m 3GB GDDR5
Wireless NIC Card: Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 Wireless Network Adapter (driver version is factory 12.0.0.149)
HDD: 1Tb
SSD: 512Gb
Memory: 16GB DDR4
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

-----------------------------------------
The things I checked/did.

- I checked the power options they're changed to Low Power Saving on Battery and when Plugged in it's on maximum performance. (**Note** i'm on a balanced power plan so if i should change it let me know)

- In my device manager the Killer Wireless Ethernet Adapter is set to allow this computer to turn off this device to save power.

- I have checked the BIOS/UEFI and reset it to default settings.

- I have factory reset twice. (fresh install factory drivers and everything)

- I have removed and updated the drivers for the wireless adapter card. **it is currently at the MSI factory driver for wireless card. Driver Version: 12.0.0.149. Also at this point Killer Performance Suite is removed.

- I also have updated to the latest driver but still the problem occurs.

PS. Another problem occurs when the AC Power cord gets taken out i get the Error that restarts my computer it is 0x000001d3. I have searched online and i think this error occurs with the wireless card.

ALSO THIS WIRELESS NETWORK CARD DOES RE-ENABLE ITSELF SO I REALLY DON'T THINK THIS IS HARDWARE SIDE I TRULY BELIEVE IT IS SOFTWARE SIDE.

----------------------------------------------

So that's all i have tried and if you forgot at this point what the question is it's "Problem with Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 Wireless Network Adapter Disconnecting Randomly"

I am literally open to any answers and whatever you have to say so hopefully all this stuff i listed can give me some answers thanks very much in advance.

Thank's for the reply. I did have an update queuing, so i'm hopeful... But we will just have to wait and see.
