I think my GPU(Gigabyte G1 GTX1060) is broken.
I was playing WoW When i got "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" message. After that i cant even run youtube video becouse same problem. I tryied reinstaling drivers but that didnt help. Here is my ss from gpuz when i try to run youtube: http://imgur.com/WOBF9s8
Should i send it to warranty?

It looks like in safe mode everything is ok (maybe win using integrated graphic?). Same when i turn off gtx1060. I reinstaled drivers using ddu and that didnt helped. Reinstalling windows didnt help to. Testing card in 2nd pc dont show "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" but there is very low fps or games dont turn on at all.

Windows can't use integrated graphics unless you have the monitor plugged into the connection that is attached to the motherboard, which would mean you also aren't using the GPU. Please make sure you are properly connected to the GPU. It sounds silly but I have seen tons of troubleshooting done on this forum only to learn the person was plugged into the motherboard port and not the GPU.

The other thing to try is using an older version of your drivers, check the GPU manufacturers site for older versions. Go back a few versions and see if it still happens.

Then it's likely a software problem.
I suggest you try the following:
1. check Event Viewer for clues
2. use Display Driver Uninstaller before a clean driver install: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
3. go through the list of apps that launch on startup and disable as many of them as possible
4. uninstall 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware apps and temporarily fall back to Windows Defender while you diagnose the issue

I said that in safe mode everything was ok, but i was wrong, there was very low fps (1-5) problem was even after clean windows installation, 2 different drivers (using ddu) and on 2nd pc to. So how it can be software problem?
