The computer I received had things unplugged from the motherboard. Not only that but it took me months of working with them to determine that the graphics card might be the issue. I've never in my life worked so long on computer issues that shouldn't be happening. At the moment they're anticipating that something beyond the graphics card might be the issue so I'm looking at replacing parts such as the motherboard, etc, etc. Not only that but the computer was missing parts upon coming to my house and didn't include a SSD or soundcard. In addition to this they're only giving me six months to fix an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place. They're totally unwilling to compensate me with additional months of support or anything like that.
