Help? I think I screwed up my raid 0!

So I installed 1 more SSD in my pc today but before I tell you about what happened, you should know how my hardware was configured.

Asus x99 pro usb 3.1

I had 2X WD raptors(older ones) (windows 10 boot drives) in raid 0 on sata ports 1 and 2 and 1 Samsung 850 pro SSD on Sata port 3. The ssd was my gaming drive.

Today I went ahead and unhooked all drives, I hooked up the new Samsung 850 EVO on sata port 1 and did a Windows 10 install through usb flash drive.

After the install, I let it boot to desktop and then I powered down the pc and installed the Samsung 850 PRO in sata 2 and the wd raptors in raid on sata ports 3 and 4.

My problem: I'm not seeing my raid array anywhere. What happened? I had the sata 1 controller in raid mode. All bios settings are the same as before so what gives? It's been years since I installed windows. Did I need to install raid drivers again when I installed windows 10 on the new Samsung Evo? I did not uninstall windows 10 on the raid array.

I fixed it. I had them plugged into the sata 2 controller which does not support raid. Plugged them into 3 and 4 and now it works perfect. Samsung Evo on sata 2, and Samsung pro on sata 2. Thanks for the help. I am using them as storage. I don't have much storage on these drives so the raptors will hold miscellaneous data like random files and folders. Maybe a few programs that will be ru rarely but first I need to disable the raid array. Doesn't make sense to run them in raid 0 just as a backup storage.
You can't just move a RAID array to different connectors and expect the motherboard RAID solution to detect this.
If you are lucky you should be able to plug the raptors into SATA 1 and 2 again and recover any data off them by copying to an external drive.
You could then plug the SSDs back in on SATA 1 and 2 and boot.
If you want the raptors in RAID, then you'll either need to leave them on SATA 1 and 2 and change the boot order or plug them into SATA 2 and 3 and rebuild the array, but I would just retire them now. Performance is rubbish compared to the SSDs and the raptors chew power and generate heat and noise.
