So I have issues with win. 10 or my pc. I thought that my CPU wasn't power full enough it was and it currently is the AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD graphics Clocked at 3.70 GHz I changed to AMD a8 7600 with blah blah blah and a XFX Radeon r7 360 2gigs(installed upgrade with new CPU hdmi plugged in but not all the as of case restrictions) well when I put it in it worked fine for a few minutes then it just FROZE so I turned it off and waited 15 seconds until I turned it back on loaded finally I got to the the log in part typed my pin 1234 windowss loaded steam by its self and asked my to log in so I did they BAM it FROZE for the second time so i thought maybe it's the hdmi cord not being plugged in all the way so I took the graphics card out and put the cord I. To the hdmi socket on my MB (mother board) it loaded played around few moments on MC (minecraft) BAM it froze again then I thought it was the cord so I switched it and it work So I went to the rest room and came back the dang thing ( referring to windows 10 ) was flicking on and of so I waited some how I managed to reset the pc then when it went to download windows it gave me an error then I looked it up followed instructions it loaded got to 64 then what do you know it FROZE so I restarted the pc and it started blinking while re installed windows I thought maybe this is what it means by pc will shit off a few time until completion no 21 minutes of my night wasted looking at a screen blinking not making and progress my specs

Solution
First thing, low quality power supply, that nees to be replaced. That can also cause issues with every other component, so swap out the power supply first. If that does not help, run the system without the Radeon 360 card and see if it works fine. If it does, test the card in another system.
