Hey, I've recently started building my first PC and I seem to have run into a problem. My memory, which is a Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2x4gb 2133Mhz doesn't seem to run with the motherboard, which is an Msi H170 gaming motherboard. We can put one stick of memory in and it will run fine but the games that I play, such as Overwatch and Mirror's Edge Catalyst, don't run properly or not at all. My security (Norton) comes up with a message saying that "Overwatch is using high amounts of memory" and it runs poorly.
When I try to put in the other stick, it shuts the board and down. Please help me a little bit here!

Solution
Just using the one stick RAM to boot into the BIOS, memory section, enable the intel XMP profile. Saving and exit, shutdown the PC, install other one, reboot the PC.
If you still have problem, return the RAM, the RAM may have problem.
