Hello, I recently purchased a gtx 1080 and it most games it has phenomenal performance such as overwatch, rust. But in other games such as Tom Clancy ghost recon wildlands, the division, fallout 4, even sometimes rust I get dramatic fps spikes and some stuttering. It runs silly smooth for a little than the spikes come and repeat. I've just built his computer not too long ago, and I've cleaned it with various programs.
