Recently i have upgraded my hp 250 g4 laptop from windows 7 to windows 8.1
the problem i am facing right now with windows 8.1 is that every time i play any game after almost 5 minutes of playing the game lags for 10 seconds then go normal and this process keeps on repeating
i used open hardware monitor to see what is the problem and at the moment i get the fps drop the first cpu core drops to zero percent usage
i tried unparking the two core but nothing happened
notice: i never had this problem with windows 7 it started when i used 8.1
