So I just built a new PC with an i5 7500 and an RX 480 8GB, it was all a piece of cake, SSD made everything nice and speedy, I couldn't be happier with it. Until I loaded up Rainbow Six: Siege, as soon as I got in a game and ran forward, screen went blue, no sound, no response, only way to reset the PC was to switch it off at the mains. Went into CSGO and got 2 full rounds before my screen this time, went gray and was looping the sound while my speakers made a BRRRRR noise. Had to reset at the mains again. it only seems to do it in game though, desktop was on for 2 days downloading my games so its only in game. Any solutions?

Full system specs, please (with model numbers, if possible).

Also, have you updated the BIOS on the motherboard to the latest, and ensured that all the latest hardware drivers are installed from the manufacturer's websites?

My system is: i5 7500 with stock cooler, MSI B250M PRO-VDH motherboard, 2X4GB DDR4 2133Mhz Corsair LPX RAM, Asus ROG STRIX Triple fan RX 480 8GB, Power supply is Fractal Design Integra 450W sem modular, Case is Fractal Design Define Mini C and SSD/HDD is ADATA SU800 128GB SSD and Seagate Barracuda 1TB

I have all the latest drivers but not BIOS ones. I am also on the new 7.3.2 driver that came out today, I assume its beta, should I roll back?

I think the lower tiered, slightly under-powered PSU may be the culprit here:
