As the title goes I'm a very computer literate by the way so you guys can talk to me in perhaps more advance way since I already did all the basic trouble shootings. (Clean my RAM, check powersupply, bios update, etc. All okay)

I bought this videocard and quite big thnakfully it fit on my midrange gigabyte chassis. So When I plug in my GPU on my motherboard. My mother board is Intel Desktop Board DH77EB and so for quick spec check here is the link to it.

https://www.cnet.com/products/intel-desktop-board-dh77eb-media-series-motherboard-micro-atx-lga1155-socket-h77-series/specs/

The entire screen froze right at the start up bios load. ALSO to add more info I also bought before the Zotac GTX 1050 ti 4gb dual fan. It also gave me the same effects. I also tried it on different OS, other 3rd gen motherboards.
Note: My motherboard during my time at 2012 was one of the best performing top intel boards.

I think my first doubt is that since it directly draws power straight to my motherboard. It isn't capable of drawing enough power right into the GPU PCI slot. It doesn't matter if my powersupply is even high in wattage (Which it is btw... 700 watts of power) if the motherboard might be capable. BUT this is an intel board... like... Intel. I have neverheard of a 3rd gen intelboard that can't load up 300watts of power to it @.@

I asked the local professonal technicians as they gave me two options... sell my entire old PC and get a whole new 6th or 7th gen computer. The second is get a 1050 ti with 6 pins and change my powersupply.(My 700watts powersupply doesn't have 6pin nor adoptor capabilities. :c )

So... help me guys. :3 By the way as a added fact. My old GPU eats around 270watts of power so... yeah confusing as hell.

Solution
that boards bios may not support these latest cards ?? try the latest bios available from Intel and hope for the best

looks promising here

''Yep same updating the BIOS fixed it :)''

1080 kinda seems to work ?

I would use the latest bios update that could add support for the latest vid -cards

good luck

Yes it does but sadly the main part that's the problem is it froze right at boot up at the bios. You can't type anything and such. It beeps once every day second interval and my videocard does seem to be spinning. After exactl 10 seconds the screen stops and the videocard stops spinning. I have to ask if new motherboards have more power efficiency compared to old motherboards? I notice some have 8 pins directly plug to the mother from the PSU besides the really big black plug thing that usually is the motherboards power.
