gtx 1070 or rx 480 what to buy 1080p 75hz monitor

Hi im thinking to buy a gpu and i dont mind to pay extra but im gonna be playing with a 1080p 75hz freesync monitor and im wandering if a gtx 1070 is too much for my monitor or should i get the rx 480 and maybe save some bucks ?
what do you guys think?

Get the RX 480 to take advantage of the FreeSync feature of your monitor. It will make gaming run smoother by eliminating screen-tearing and will also save you some bucks. The RX 480 is one of the top GPUs for 1080p-resolution gaming. The GTX 1070 is good for 1440p/60Hz or 1080p/120++Hz.
