I've been saving for a monitor for a while now and I want to find a monitor that has a low response time, a good picture and one that will look good with my ps4 hooked up to it. I am currently looking at the Asus VX238H-White for about $140. Does anyone know any monitors that would be better than this and I am willing to go up to 200$ if it's worth it.

I'd get this over that because its 27 inch and IPS
other than that both are similar you won't even be able to notice a difference of gtg from 1ms to 5ms
both have great gaming response time.

I currently have the HP 25es monitor (https://www.amazon.com/HP-25er-25-Backlit-Monitor/dp/B01F6V6QIM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1489693306&sr=8-2&keywords=hp+25es) that I got on sale at Best Buy for about $130. Not sure if this sale is still going on, but if it is, I would highly recommend it.
It is a 25 inch 1080p IPS monitor with multiple inputs. The bezels are tiny and the stand is solid.
